FAQs

1. Is prior riding experience necessary to enroll in lessons?

No prior experience is required. Our programs are designed to accommodate beginners through advanced riders, with instruction tailored to each individual’s skill level.

2. What should I wear for my first riding lesson?

We recommend comfortable, fitted pants (such as leggings or breeches) and a closed-toe shoe with a small heel. Avoid loose clothing or sandals for safety reasons.

3. Do you provide helmets, or should I bring my own?

Helmets are provided for all beginners. However, riders are encouraged to purchase their own once they begin regular lessons for comfort and hygiene.

4. What is the minimum age requirement for riding lessons?

Children can begin riding from 5 years old, depending on their comfort and confidence around horses. Pony lessons are available for younger riders.

5. How often are the riding lessons, and on which days?

Lessons are typically offered three to four times per week, with flexible scheduling based on your level and instructor availability. Both group and private sessions are available.

6. Can I visit the academy before enrolling?

Absolutely. We encourage new students and parents to visit the academy to meet our coaches, see the stables, and learn more about our programs before enrolling.

7. What safety measures are in place during lessons?

All lessons are supervised by qualified coaches certified by the Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI). Riders are required to wear helmets, and all horses are carefully matched to each rider’s level and temperament.

8. What is your policy on missed lessons or cancellations?

We understand that schedules can change. To avoid losing your spot, please cancel or reschedule at least 8 hours before your lesson. Cancellations made less than 8 hours in advance will be considered a missed session.
