Muharraq Equestrian Academy is Bahrain’s home for equestrian excellence. For over 40 years, we have nurtured riders of all levels through FEI-certified training, world-class facilities, and a thriving equestrian community.

Our History

    Establishment of Samaheej Riding School

    Although horseback riding is not an easy sport to access in Korea, I was fortunate to discover it here in Bahrain through an unexpected opportunity.

    Since then, I have been riding for the past seven years, and it has become an important part of my life.

    Sometimes with friends, sometimes with my siblings, and sometimes with my family, riding has brought joy, vitality, and great support for maintaining my health.

    Over these seven years, horseback riding has given me much more than just technical skills.

    Sharing this passion with both Korean and Bahraini riders, I have built strong connections and experienced the warmth, kindness, and helpfulness of the Bahraini people.

    This place has truly become like a second home to me. As long as my health allows, I wish to continue spending many more years here, together with the horses, fellow riders, and the wonderful people of Bahrain.
